August 2023 NC Demos Blog Hop
Welcome to the NC Demos Blog Hop, we are here the last Sunday of each month and so glad you could stop by. The theme for this month is "To Die For". We had to take a large stand alone die and'
I decided on the Two-Tone Flora dies there is one large on in there that is really pretty. I tool a piece of 5 x 3 3/4 piece of Cherry Cobbler cardstock and centered the die and cut it out. It came out really good and I only had a few pieces to pop out. You don't realize how pretty some of these dies are until you cut them out.
I decided to glue this piece to a White base cut 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 and scored at 4 1/4. I then took a piece of the White Glittered Organdy ribbon cut it at 3 3/4 and glued it to the die cut piece using glue dots so the glue would not show through the ribbon.
Took a scrap of white and stamped my sentiment in Cherry Cobble and then punched it out with the dual oval punch. I put it on the left side of the card using dimensional over the ribbon. Liked the bling and decided it needed more so I added three clear rhinestones.
I had made a card before this one that I was going to use. The die set was the Nested Essentials and I love this set. I did use the 3 dies that fit on the card the best and was really happy with this card too. Stampin' Up! has some awesome dies.
