June 2026 NC Demos Group Blog Hop

Welcome to the NC Demos Blog Hop.  We are here the last Sunday of each month and are so glad you could join us this evening.

This months theme is Let's Celebrate Summer and honestly summer is not my favorite season.  I lived most of my life on Long Island NY.  We had the bay on one side and the ocean on the other.  The beaches were always super crowded and they were like that each and every day.  I was able to find the perfect time to be at the beach - Sunset.  It's  just you, the ocean and the quite beauty of the ocean.  That is why when I saw the Scenic Coast suite I had to get it.  It reminded me of great summer days.

So naturally I had to make this card.  The DSP is simply gorgeous and makes the card.  My card is Blueberry Bushel with a layer of the Sunset Shimmer Vellum cut 5 1/4 x 4.  The DSP is cut 5 x 3 3/4 and before I added it to the card I stamped 2 sail boats on it making sure not to stamp on the shimmer area because ink doesn't adhere to it.

I then added the sentiment I fussy cut it kinda looks wavy like the ocean. Added some bling and my card was done.

I made another card too

Thank you so much for stopping by this evening and make sure you check out the other blogs for more great summer ideas.

See you next month, be safe and stamp on.

I love both cards, Tina! I used this set for my June card classes and everyone loved that bundle, and especially the DSP!
