Valentine's Day Class

My Valentine's Day Class is January 16, 2010 and these are the four cards that we will be making. I used basically one stamp set Love You Much for the four cards and a few other sets for the salutations. I had fun making them and I hope you like them too. The class is at my home from 1-3 PM.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Wishing all of you an yours a very Merry Christmas and a fantastic Happy New Year.

Not only have I been busy getting ready for the holidays but I have been working on my January class, the theme is Valentine's Day. I know it's only Christmas time but look how fast Christmas got here. I even challenged myself. I decided to do the four cards for the class all from the same stamp set and I did it. I love the cards and I hope you will too. I will post them after Christmas I want everyone to enjoy the holidays and not think about Valentine's Day.

Christmas Swap

I was in a swap this weekend and we had to do an item that was not a card so I got to thinking about something a little different. Last spring I got a gift from someone and it was a hand towel and it had some Big Shot items on it. I loved it so much so I decided to do it up differently and with a Christmas theme. Thanks Beth for the great idea. I hope you like them. I trimmed the bottom with red ribbon. Used green felt and the Top Note Die and in red felt I took the Joy and Peace from the Cheers Sizzlet.

It's a Man Thing

My last class of the year was held on November 14. It was called "It's a Man Thing". The cards were all for the men in our lives. They could be used for Birthday or Father's Day. The shirt is my own original design I sat and cut out paper pieces until I was satisfied. The card is perfect. I hope you think so too. The other cards were easier to come up with and the one with the Oak Tree I had gotten in a swap and I cased it. My next class will be in January and it will be Valentine's Day.

Last Christmas Cards of the Season

These are the last two Christmas Cards I will be making this year. I received something like these from a friend and I just changed it to a Christmas Theme. It's the same card in different colors.

A Mistake that Worked Out

I was making tags with the new Ornament Punch in the Holiday Mini and I wasn't paying attention to what I was doing, I didn't punch it right and I punched only part of it. When I saw what it looked like I got an idea. I didn't put the cardstock all the way down and as a result I got a vase instead of an ornament. Just love it hope you do too.

My Thanksgiving Card

I used Elegant Eggplant, Old Olive and Very Vanilla on my Thanksgiving card. I really like the simplicity of it.

Been Busy

Here are some of the Christmas Cards I have been making the last few weeks and some are from my Christmas In July Class. The last card is hard to see but I used the new Shimmer paint on Night of Navy cardstock I am sorry you can't see it but it is really a nice looking card.
