There is nothing better than spending an afternoon creating cards with rubber stamps. Heaven on earth. A cup of coffee with this helps add even more to the experience.

July 2019 NC Demos Blog Hop
Welcome to this months NC Demos Blog Hop. The theme this month is to case something make it exactly how it was created and then make it again with your twist. Not an easy challenge when you think about it.
I have been a demonstrator for almost 15 years I moved here in 2007 from NY. My upline Michelle Halleen holds a monthly demo meeting and although I can't be there for it I have taken part in every swap except for one during the 12 plus years I have lived in NC. When I get my swaps back I always get a little something extra and it is what the group makes as a make n take or an idea one of the girls demonstrated. A few months back I received my swaps and what I thought was a fan turned out to be the cutest gift bag I have ever seen and since that time I have made it numerous times. It's the perfect size for a small sweet gift.
This is my case of the original bag as I got it.
But I did it again using current DSP and I didn't like where the handles went so I put them in a different spot on the bag I also used shorter amount of ribbon for the handles.
The bag only requires I sheet of 12 X 12 paper scored at 1 1/2, 2, 3, 3 1/2,4 1/2, and 5. Turn DSP around and repeat these score lines on the opposite side. Turn paper 90 degrees and score at 4, 5, 7 and 8. Put the side you want on the outside facing down and start folding from center outwards
Continue folding all score lines on all sides of the 12 x 12 paper
It will look like this when finished. Now put down Tear and Tape on the edges for adhering from the last fold line up the side edge only
Bring the bag together by making sure bottom edges adhere moving up the side and it will look like this
and when both sides together looks like this
Using the cropodile I went to the middle folds and made my holes there to add the ribbon and the finished bag looks like this
I also found a video on You Tube I just put in fan bag.
Hope you all will try this cute and easy bag and we will see you here next month don't forget to check out the other pages in this hop. Thanks
