Hartford Connecticut Regional

I will not be going to this regional but my WOOHOO Stampers group from New York will be.  They have kindly let me sent them some swaps and they would do the swapping for me.  They are a great group.  This is the card I sent them the Regional is Saturday, March 18-19 and they are going on the 19th.  A big WOO HOO to this group of friend and a great big Thank U.  Can't wait to see what I get back.

February Class-Birthday Cards

With Valentine's Day cards finished it is time to restock on the cards that we all seem to need right now Birthday Cards. This is a simple but really nice card that we will be doing in my Saturday, February 12, 2011 class from 1-3 PM.

This card is a good masculine card and a little different from the other masculine cards I do but it really looks good this scan doesn't do it justice.

This card is one that they demonstrated at convention. My notes were a mess so it took me a little while to figure it out. Above is the inside. I was very happy with the results. February is Cupcake Month so I had to use the new cupcake stamp set from the Occassions Mini and the new cupcake punch. I am of course loving the new Tulip Border Folder you can do some much with it. WooHoo Stampers Feb SAB Swap

The picture does not do this card justice. Sorry, I tried several times to get it to scan better. But this is the best I got. I love the products in the SAB mini this year. The ribbon and the matching buttons are so great. I used all the colors that are in the ribbon; Old Olive, Pacific Point, Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight and Whisper White. The Elegant Thank You Stamp is one of the free stamp sets you can get while Sale-A-Bration is running. I especially love the new Tulip Border Folder from the Occasions Mini. Myrtle Beach Birthday Getaway

Went to Myrtle Beach for my Birthday with my friend Linda. She did all the driving. It was the first time I was there and I have to say we had a fantastic, marvelous, fun time. Can't wait to go back again.
When I got home my sons were finally building me my pantry in the kitchen. I was excited, the only problem was they put all the stuff that was in the kitchen in my room. I couldn't get in my room. Worked all day on it and made some progress. I now have an area where I can put my SU supplies. I took everything from downstairs, from my room and my closet, and the items I had in the kitchen which were all over my room and got them into one new cabinet. Finally, all my craft stuff is in one place no more going from room to room or up and down the stairs.
Love my sons.

January Class--Hearts, Hearts and more Hearts

January's class is a Valentine's Day theme with lots of hearts and a variety of colors. It's going to be a lot of fun. The class is Saturday, January 15 from 1-3 PM. Contact me for more information.

NY Woo Hoo Stampers January Swap

The theme for the January swap is Valentine's Day and of course I had to use the Filled With Love Stamp Set. I went with Pink Piroquette and Real Red cardstock. Dazzling Diamonds glitter adds a little accent to the heart as does the Pinking Heart Border Punch. From Define Your Life Stamp Set I used the xoxoxo stamp. A card covered with LOVE.
