June 2024 NC Demos Blog Hop

Welcome to the NC Demos Blog Hop.  We are here the last Sunday of each month and I am so happy you could join us this evening.  For the month of June Stampin' Up! had a sale, any bundle was an extra 10% so you were saving 20% per bundle and today is the last day to be a part of this special.  It is also the theme for this months Blog Hop-We have to use a bundle from the sale.

One of my favorite bundles is the Simply Zinnia Stamp Set and dies and I am using this for my card.

My card base is Mossy Meadow cut 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 and scored at 4 1/4. I started with the inside and cut a piece of Basic White 5 x 3 1/2 and in the lower right corner stamped the single zinnia in Melon Mambo.

I then took a piece of the Flowering Zinnia DSP the one in Melon Mambo with the zinnia's.  I cut this 5 1/4 x 4 and adhered it to the front of the card.

On a piece of Basic White I stamped the three zinnias in Memento Black and colored them in with the new InColor Blends.  The stems in Shy Shamrock and the flowers in Pretty in Pink, Peach Pie,  Petunia Pop and Daffodil Delight using both the light and dark blends.  I then die cut them for the front of my card before I adhered it I cut a piece of white 3 5/16 x 4 1/8 and put a piece of Melon Mambo on top which was cut 3 1/4 x 4.  This piece I put on the front of the card right next to the fold and added the Zinnias with dimensionals.

I then cut a piece of white 3 1/4 x 3/4 and stamped my sentiment in Melon Mambo this I adhered to the front of the card over the zinnia stems with dimensionals.  I finished the card by adding 3 Melon Mambo Glossy Dots.

Thank you so much for stopping by this evening and make sure you check out the other demos on the blog hop I am sure that you will find some great ideas for your cards.

Till next month be safe and stamp on!

Tina, cute card. I do love that Zinnia set. Zinnia's were some of my favorite cutting flowers when I lived in Raleigh. Thanks for sharing your card with us.

Love all the colors you used for your card. It's beautiful. I actually planted some zinnias this year and they are blooming.
